Welcome

The Tennessee Valley Scottish Society (TVSS) is dedicated to furthering the interest in all things Scottish through educational and recreational activities. TVSS presents several activities throughout the year to introduce the Tennessee Valley and surrounding area to Scottish traditions. These activties include the Scottish festival, St. Andrew's Dinner, and Burn's Night dinner.

Upcoming Events

St. Andrew’s Dinner

The St. Andrews Evening is the Tennessee Valley Scottish Society’s annual formal event, to be held on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at the Huntsville Marriott.

Schedule of events to include the presentation of colors, the presentation of a haggis, along with a raffle and performances from Richard Van Valkenburgh, a professional Scottish entertainer.

Cocktails and Silent Auction will be held from 6:30 - 7:30 pm, with dinner to be served immediately after. This years Silent Auction items to include premium whiskeys and other Scottish items.

Dinner Selection: • Grilled Sirloin Steak, • Tossed Salad, • Baked Salmon with Lemon Cream Sauce, • Chocolate Cobbler with Ice Cream.

Cost: $45.00 per person.
